Collegium Humanum as the main sponsor of Carpathia Festival 2023 in Rzeszów

Between 22 and 23 of July, the 19th edition of the International Song Festival ‘Carpathia Festival 2023’ took place in Rzeszów. The main sponsor and funder of the main prizes was Collegium Humanum. HM Provost of Collegium Humanum, prof. dr hab. Paweł Czarnecki, MBA, dr h.c., Honorary Consul of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Poland, took honorary patronage over the festival. During this year’s edition, winners of the Grand Prix as well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd place received from the Provost vouchers valued at PLN 30k, 20k, 10k and 9k. In addition, HM Provost funded checks each worth PLN 25k for studies at Collegium Humanum for the winners of the first three places.

Collegium Humanum supports young talents in developing their passions and it recognises artists’ achievements. During various academic ceremonies throughout years, Collegium Humanum witnessed concerts of such artists as Doda, Grzegorz Hyży, Krzysztof Cugowski, Izabela Trojanowska, Wiktor Kowalski, Jacek Wójcicki, Sławek Uniatowski as well as the band Tre Voci. Collegium Humanum Gold Medals have already been awarded to Irena Santor, Doda and Izabela Trojanowska. Whereas the title of a honorary professor of Collegium Humanum was awarded to Krzysztof Cugowski. Collegium Humanum is also the sponsor of Wiktor Kowalski’s first album.
