Collegium Humanum becomes a prestigious member of the Employers of Poland Organisation

We are pleased to announce that on 4 July 2022 Collegium Humanum became a member of the Employers of Poland Organisation – the largest and oldest organisation of employers in Poland that has been operating since 1989.

We are the first Polish university to have been honoured to join such a noble group.

The statutory goal of the Employers of Poland is to co-create an employer-friendly state while catering simultaneously for the respect of the rights of employees. The organisation actively participates in the works of the Social Dialogue Council as well as in the works of parliamentary committees of Sejm and Senate. The implementation of this goal is also possible through the organisation’s participation in the works of decision-making and advisory bodies at various levels of state administration and that of the committees steering the use of the EU funds.

We are now among such companies as Orlen, Deloitte, Orange, Inpost and Nationale Nederlanden. In addition to the aforementioned real impact on various projects shaping the situation of both employees and employers in Poland, our new membership does also give us the opportunity to integrate with the wider business environment, monitor legislation processes and participate in foreign promotion. Moreover, thanks to different consultations and meetings with key decision-makers, Collegium Humanum will actively participate in creating laws that are effective for the Polish economy and the labour market. We believe that we can contribute to great changes that will improve the situation of employers and employees.

It is indeed an honour for us that Collegium Humanum has become the first university to join the Employers of Poland. We place particular emphasis on preparing our graduates and their competences to the challenges of the modern-day economy. We strive to build a bridge between the development of the Polish science, wider social responsibility and our business environment – says the Provost of Collegium Humanum, prof. dr. hab. Paweł Czarnecki MBA, Dr. h.c. mult. – We are convinced that our membership in the Employers of Poland will create perfect synergy of the world of science, business practice and the energy of our wonderful students. Collegium Humanum takes on the best teaching staff and this strategy provides the basis of elite education. Practical knowledge is taught by multidimensional academic lecturers as well as experts with universal scientific, didactic and managerial achievements – emphasises prof. dr. hab. Paweł Czarnecki.
