“Heart or Mind” – student conference on the boundaries of the profession of a psychologist

On 10 November, a conference entitled “Heart or mind – the boundaries of the profession of a psychologist” was organised by psychology students from Collegium Humanum, members of the Práksis Scientific Society.

The conference, which was attended by the representatives of the teaching staff from the University as well as students, touched upon various issues concerning the work of psychologists and psychotherapists, including morality and spirituality. The discussion was also centred around the aspects of ethics in the context of the profession of a scientist.

The conference was attended by the Provost of Collegium Humanum and Pedagogy at Collegium Humanum, prof. dr hab. Teresa Panas, Vice Provost for Student Affairs and Science, prof. dr hab. Arkadiusz Durasiewicz, dr Bartosz Łukaszewski, Ms Małgorzata Krysa, MA, and Mr Jakub Mąkosa, MA.

The attendees had the opportunity to exchange experiences after concluding the official part of the conference.
