The value of coaching is not its popularity, but the real impact it has on the people who benefit from it. According to the report “Building a coaching culture with millennial leaders” (2017), coaching – apart from emotional intelligence and inspiring others – is one of the three most important competences of a modern leader. (works by Robert Katz or Myles Mace) Over time, coaching has penetrated into more and more areas, making its presence felt also on the European continent (John Whitmore, Graham Alexander). A graduate of this specialization, along with graduation, will receive as many as 3 documented professions: managerial, advisory and professional (consulting) and coaching.
