Psychological help

In order to provide adequate mental support for our students and employees in these particularly difficult times of the omnipresent pandemic, severe limitations of social contacts and the ever-present uncertainty, Collegium Humanum has created the possibility of seeking free and professional psychological help.

If you experience difficulties at university, with your family, social or professional relationships, and if you seem to be unable to cope with excessive stress or negative emotions, or else notice problems with concentration and loss of motivation, anxiety or irritation, sometimes even experiencing aggressive behaviour or if in general you seem to find yourself in a mental crisis, we want to encourage you to take advantage of psychological consultations conducted in confidentiality and alongside the PTP psychologists’ code of ethics.

The consultations will be conducted by experienced psychologists and psychotherapists with various biographies and specialist knowledge. You can find their profiles below. What is important, they are the employees of Collegium Humanum employed in our three different branches, so they have a very good understanding of the local environment and are able to refer you to external clinics and support centres if needed.

Consultations calendar (excluding holidays and non-working days):

  • Monika Wild-Urbanek (branch in Rzeszów) – Mondays, 14.00-15.30, tel.: 784 938 185 (available from 14 February 2022),
  • Matylda Pachowicz (branch in Poznań) – Wednesdays, 18.00-19.30, tel.: 882 141 190,
  • Małgorzata Krysa (branch in Warsaw) – Thursdays, 16.00-17.30, tel.: 784 920 530 (available from 3 March 2022).

In addition to telephone consultations, a request for help can be sent seven days a week to the following e-mail address: pomoc.psychologa@humanum.pl – a dedicated inbox operated by our experts. We will try to reply to the messages within one working day (except for weekends, when the response time may be up to two days).

Due to high demand for this type of support, we kindly ask you to follow the rule that one telephone consultation should not last longer than 30 minutes. In exceptional situations, however, we will allow the consultations to take longer (by phone or online in the form of a video call, during the consultation hours and after a prior arrangement via e-mail).

We are here to support you in difficult situations – take the opportunity and feel free to contact us!

The support is provided under the project “University for people – transforming Collegium Humanum into a university available to everyone”, No. POWR.03.05.00-00-A045 / 20, co-financed by the European Social Fund and the state budget under the Knowledge Education Development Operational Programme.
