Freedom of speech is not, and should not be, a trap into which we let ourselves be led by those people who neither respect, nor understand it. These are those people who destroy and sometimes even kill with their own words, while citing the very freedom of speech. One wishes to call here: Non possumus! Such behaviours cannot be protected by law. One cannot demand legal protection for those who do not respect the letter of law: beneficium legis non debet esse captiosum, advocate Jolanta Turczynowicz-Kieryłło, CEO of De Virion Academy of Law and President of the Council of Collegium Humanum-Warsaw Management University.

 

De Virion Academy of Law in partnership with, among others, Collegium Humanum-Warsaw Management University, has launched a social campaign against hate speech and hate on the Internet. In May this year, a scientific conference is planned at the headquarters of Collegium Humanum. It will be dedicated to the legal and psychological aspects of hate on the Internet.
