The Alexis De Tocqueville Foundation becomes a study partner in the field of Law

On 25 January, at the headquarters of our university, prof. dr. hab. Paweł Czarnecki, MBA, DBA, LL, M. dr. h.c. – Provost of Collegium Humanum signed an agreement of cooperation with the Alexis De Tocqueville Foundation, which was represented by adv. Piotr Śliwiński LL.M – President of the Board, adv. Adam Poniewierka – Member of the Board and Jakub Przeorek – Member of the Board. The agreement will provide for student internships in the field of law.

The Foundation is committed to the development of civil society in Poland. One of the main goals of the Foundation are activities aimed at improving the awareness of law in the society as well as increasing the quality of legislation – in particular by working on the legibility and clarity of regulations. The Foundation also implements its statutory goals by organising social and educational campaigns, submitting petitions or speeches on socially important matters, organising conferences, seminars and cooperating with public institutions, self-government bodies of lawyers as well as universities.
