On-line debate: E-administration – is it fulfilling its purpose?

We would like to cordially invite you to actively participate in the debate on e-administration: “E-administration – is it fulfilling its purpose?”. The debate will take place on Tuesday, June 16 this year at 16:00.

The participants of the debate will discuss the role of e-administration and its characteristics. They will also attempt to summarize the experience to date with the use of information technologies that are intended to facilitate the citizen contact with public administration at every level of management. An important element of the debate will also be an attempt to find the answer to the question whether during the coronavirus pandemic e-administration has really used its potential and helped various city residents handle their current issues, especially in the context of government recommendations to limit visits in public places. The debate will also aim to locate those areas of e-administration functioning that should be improved. Possible solutions will be therefore put forward.

The participants of the debate will be:
• Jacek Sutryk – Mayor of Wrocław
• Przemysław Cichocki – Member of the Board of Legionowo County
• Grzegorz Kuca – Mayor of Białołęka District in Warsaw

The debate will be chaired by dr. Bartłomiej Machnik, EMBA, Director of the Institute for Regional Research and Analysis at Collegium Humanum.
