Collaboration between Collegium Humanum and Poczta Polska S.A.
On 10 May, HM prof. dr. hab. Paweł Czarnecki, MBA, DBA, LL.M, MPH dr. h. c. – Provost of Collegium Humanum signed a cooperation agreement with Mr Wiesław Włodek and Mr Mateusz Wodejko – both Vice-Presidents of the Management Board of Poczta Polska S.A.
The agreement with Poczta Polska S.A. covers among other things such areas as carrying out internships for our University students across organisational units of Poczta Polska for a period of 3 years.
Poczta Polska S.A. is a company with over 460 years of tradition and it is the largest operator on the domestic market. It employs over 70,000 people and its network includes 7,600 offices, branches and postal agencies. It is the only Polish leader in communication, parcel delivery as well as courier and logistics services, whose services are used by over 90% of Poles.
“By signing the agreement with Collegium Humanum, Poczta Polska would like to enable its students to gain practical professional experience. We want to teach students new competences so that to make them aware what employees’ and employers’ rights and obligations are. Above all, however, we want to give them an opportunity to be able to choose the right career path. As a reliable and responsible entrepreneur, we also want to teach young people good practices of functioning in a truly professional environment. I believe that students can learn a lot at Poczta Polska by working with us for at least 3 months,” says Mr Wiesław Włodek, Vice-President of Poczta Polska.

Being able to undertake such an internship creates these unique opportunities. A new space is therefore now created for our students as a result of our cooperation with Poczta Polska S. A. I am certain that this partnership with such a demanding, but also inspiring institution with a very long history and tradition, which is one of the largest employers in Poland with a nationwide range, will only ensure the highest quality of education for our students so that to enable them to get a better start in life when choosing the right career path. I am convinced that our cooperation will be very successful in this specific field of joint educational projects,” said prof. dr. hab. Paweł Czarnecki, Provost of Collegium Humanum.
