President of the Polish Olympic Committee with the title of Civis Academicus Honorificum of Collegium Humanum
On 4 March, the President of the Polish Olympic Committee, prof. h.c. dr h.c. Andrzej Kraśnicki, was honoured with the prestigious title of Civis Academicus Honorificum of Collegium Humanum. The ceremony took place in the Palladium Theatre in Warsaw during the Graduation Gala of our Postgraduate Students.
The prestigious title awarded by the Senate of Collegium Humanum was presented by the Provost of Collegium Humanum. The title of an Honorary Member of our academic community is an expression of respect and gratitude to the President of the Polish Olympic Committee, prof. h.c. dr h.c. Andrzej Kraśnicki, who has worked for many years in the Olympic movement supporting student sports at our University. President Kraśnicki also received the title of an Honorary Professor of Collegium Humanum on 22 October 2020 during the official inauguration of the 2020/2021 academic year.
