HM prof. dr. hab. Paweł Czarnecki, Provost of Collegium Humanum honoured with “Labor Omnia Vincit” “Work Above Everything” medal
 
On 8 July this year, a unique event took place at the Poznań Branch of Collegium Humanum. HM prof. dr. hab. Paweł Czarnecki was awarded an extraordinary medal for his educational and social activities. The medal was bestowed by the Jury of the Society of Hipolit Cegielski. Prof. Czarnecki was decorated by Dominik Górny, Secretary of the Society’s Board on behalf of dr. Marian Król, President of the Society.
 
The event was attended by numerous representatives of the authorities and academic staff of Collegium Humanum. The maxim of the medal, “Labor Omnia Vincit”, translated into “work that surfaces above everything else.”

The awards of the Society of Hipolit Cegielski have been recognised by various personalities from Poland, Europe, the USA, Australia and other parts of the world for almost 25 years. Persons of public trust, previous laureates and members of the Jury of the Society may recommend the nominees for the Society’s medals.
 
“Thank you for this unique award that is given to me in a place so special for our University, which is Poznań – the heart of Wielkopolska, in which we have established, and now we run and develop a branch with such great commitment”, said prof. dr. hab. Paweł Czarnecki, Provost of Collegium Humanum.
