Acquiring skills and qualifications during the training allows you to work as a career counselor in various types of labor market institutions, as well as to take up a free profession as an educator, personal development trainer or specialist in personnel consulting. The value of coaching is not its popularity, but the real impact it has on the people who benefit from it. According to the report “Building a coaching culture with millennial leaders” (2017), coaching – apart from emotional intelligence and inspiring others – is one of the three most important competences of a modern leader. Contrary to popular belief, coaching is not a product of the 21st century. The fully documented presence of coaching as a method of organizational and employee development dates back to the 1950s. (works by Robert Katz or Myles Mace) Over time, coaching has penetrated into more and more areas, making its presence felt also on the European continent (John Whitmore, Graham Alexander). A graduate of this specialization, along with graduation, will receive as many as 3 documented professions: managerial, advisory and professional (consulting) and coaching. Will be ready to perform a wide range of professional roles, from administrative positions, through those related to the area of human resources, and ending with development and training services.
